The standard processing period is approximately 1 to 3 working days. After preparation is completed, the parcel is transferred to the designated carrier for delivery. The estimated overall delivery timeframe is generally between 5 and 8 working days, depending on the delivery location and the volume of shipments during the relevant period. To maintain consistent service quality and delivery reliability, we cooperate with established carriers such as Seur, Royal Mail, and Packlink. Orders with a total value of 79.99 GBP or more are eligible for free delivery. For orders below this amount, a fixed delivery fee of 9.99 GBP will apply. 6. Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests may be submitted within 48 hours after payment confirmation, provided that order preparation has not yet commenced and the parcel has not been handed over to the carrier. Once preparation has started or the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available. In such situations, you may submit a return request after receiving the order, in accordance with the procedures described in our Order Cancellation Policy.

Requests for returns or exchanges may be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
