1. Delivery Coverage
Currently, we offer shipping services exclusively within the United Kingdom. Orders with delivery addresses outside the UK are not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order value:
- Orders with a total value of £79.99 or more qualify for free shipping.
- Orders with a total value below £79.99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of £9.99.
All applicable taxes and charges are included in the displayed product prices. No additional shipping or handling fees will be charged after checkout.
3. Order Processing Cut-Off Time
Our standard order processing hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 (GMT).
- Orders placed before 18:00 are generally processed on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
4. Order Processing Time
Once payment is successfully confirmed, orders typically require 1–3 business days for processing. This includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and handover to the selected shipping carrier.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–8 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination location, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other external logistical factors.

7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and tracking information. 8. Responsibility and Delivery Notes
- Damage or loss: If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can assist with verification and resolution.
- Order changes: Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
- Address accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
